PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Not have more than two feature films (45 minutes long or longer) made.
2. Resident in the Spanish State for at least six months before the date of publication of the present call.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

1. Feature film, short film or series projects, animated as much as live action.
2. Intended for children or young adults.
3. In concept or initial development phase.

REGISTRATION AND SELECTION

*The registration process will be open from August 17 to September 30, 2022.

Interested persons must:

• Complete the online form (Link)
• Provide the following files as part of the registration request by email to the address semileru@divertiagijon.es, including as the subject of the email “SEMILLERU Kids REGISTRATION – Name and surname of the applicant”.

Project dossier of maximum 6 pages in pdf format in Spanish or English, which includes:

• Title
• Synopsis
• Memory of intentions of why you want to carry out the project
• Direction notes with reference to visual and formal treatment
• Bio Filmography of the director
• Bio Filmography of the screenwriter and producer (if applicable)
• Curriculum of the production company (if applicable)
• Link to previous works (if applicable)
• Project status and needs

Script (if applicable).

Images of the project and/or visual references.

Motivation letter explaining particular interest in the program

Valid DNI and/or passport.

AWARD

Once the mentoring process is completed, the participating projects must present a final project, which will be evaluated by SEMILLERU management. Of the three projects presented, one will be awarded the Semilleru Kids Award for its development for a gross amount of 2,000 Euros.
